Steve Bartman offered $25,000 for one autograph

A sports collectors Web site and a memorabilia convention are offering $25,000 for a single autograph to Steve Bartman -- the infamous Cubs fan known for knocking a foul ball away from Moises Alou during game 6 of the Cubs' National League Championship Series game against the Florida Marlins.

According to the Web site Nsccshow.com, "All he has to do is show up on Thursday July 31, 2008 at 1:00 PM, prove that he is the Steve Bartman pictured in this photo, sign the photo and the $25,000 is his."

The National Sports Collectors Convention and SportsBuy.com are offering infamous Cubs fan Steve Bartman $25,000 for a single autograph.

If he agrees, the site states that the autograph will be auctioned and the proceeds will be donated to a local charity.
